Contracts
American Deposit Services, Inc. offers a safe deposit contract for your organization in many different varieties. We invite your legal counsel to review our SAFE DEPOSIT AGREEMENT which is an enlargement of our regular contract's legal section. If your legal counsel requests changes to the regulatory section, there are no additional typesetting fees. Other operational or functional changes that are requested can be adapted for a modest typesetting fee. We are sure you have already noted that all of American Deposit Services' materials are copyrighted and may not be reproduced without the expressed written consent of the corporate office.
Contract 1: ADS INC-01
This is a preprinted two sided document 8" X 8" with two copies that are perforated for your use. The contract is printed on a heavy paper which allows it to stand up well in files. Printed in duplicate to provide a copy for your organization and one for the customer, or provides a temporary copy until all signatures are secured. This contract provides for offset and also provides for changes in laws or organizational policies. 
Contract 2: ADS INC-01S
This is a single 8" X 8" two sided document. This contract provides for offset and also provides for changes in laws or organizational policies. If your organization chooses to use the single contract you should purchase the ADS INC-25 which is a copy of your Safe Deposit Agreement to be given to customers providing a copy of the Policies that they signed with your organization. 
Contract 3: ADS INC-01C
This is a 8.5" X 11" sheet printed on both sides. The perforated area can be removed after printing on a laser or desk jet and results in an 8" X 8" document. This contract is used by RGS Software Inc. (800) 445-0995. All data spaces will be filled in by the program. (No print information is necessary.)
Contract 4: ADS INC-01I
This is a contract contained on our website for your use. Before you can place an order you must create an account. After you create an account it will be reviewed by American Deposit Services, Inc., once approved you will receive a confirmation email that will allow you to login to the customer portal where you will then be able to order, purchase or download the requested items. Upon completion of filling in all the requested information for the online contract, the website will ask you if this contract is for Individuals, a Corporation, a Partnership, or an Unincorporated Organization or Association. If for Individuals you will print out an Original copy for your files and a copy for the customer. If the contract is for one of the Business entities you will receive the Original Contract, a copy for the Business, and a resolution to obtain a listing of the individuals to be allowed access to the safe deposit box. If the lessee business is a sole proprietorship the safe deposit box will be considered an individual box. ADS INC-01I Pricing
